My Jesus Story

After leaving home for college, my life took a drastic change.

At the age of 18, I heard about Jesus for the first time.  It was the fall of 1994, and I was a freshman in college.  I met another student named Mark, and he was the first person who told me about Jesus and I actually heard what was said.  Over the course of the next year, I looked into the claims of Christianity.  I poured over the Bible, searching for reasons not to believe. Thanks to the friendship of Mark, and the love that he and other Christians showed me, I was able to ask many questions, debate many topics, and to search for the Truth.   It was the spring of 1995 that I decided Jesus was the real deal, and that I wanted to believe in Him.  On a plane, flying back to California for the summer, I gave my life to Jesus!  It was the best decision I have ever made, and there has been no going back from that moment on.
